We loved the room! It was great talking to the owners afterward. They are passionate escape roomers, too, and they have worked very hard to create a quality product and experience- and boy have they succeeded! Our date night at the Hidden Gems Escape Room was nothing short of amazing! The experience was both challenging and fun, with puzzles that really got our brains working. The immersive environment added a thrilling layer to the adventure, making us feel like we were part of an exciting laboratory experiment while on the hunt to find the answers. It was the perfect way to bond and create lasting memories together. We can’t wait to return for another adventure!

Elixir Inc. Was a great room. I have played science/lab rooms before and not been impressed but this one really blew me away. You get to actually mess with objects and tools in the lab and you feel like you are really there. Very clever lab designed puzzles and story. I can tell lots of effort went into this room. I recommend this room for both new players and enthusiasts alike. Super fun will be back to try their new rooms!

We were so excited when we realized there was another Escape Room in Richmond and we booked immediately–the first room we did was the Elixir and, not only was the atmosphere was on point, but the types and varieties of puzzles were so cool! We went back a week later and did Sleepy Hollow. Again: absolutely loved it! The design, the puzzles, everything. Can’t wait for their next one to open! Also, it’s run by a family and they are really nice, chill people. Great experience all around!

This was our groups 70th escape room and what a way to round it out. The owners were ELECTRIC and took great pride in the things they’ve created. It’s clear they put a lot of love and care into the room and they were excited to share their passion for escape rooms with us. After completing so many rooms, it’s rare to see things we haven’t seen before and new animatronics that wow us. We ended up doing both rooms here—Both very different and both amazing. I would highly recommend a visit!

What is the Difficulty Level of This Room?

Elixir Inc is a more advanced room compared to our sleepy hollow and would be a 8/10 on the difficulty scale.

How many Players are allowed at one time?

Our rooms are set up for 2-7 players each. We have multiple options if you need a new time slot!

Do you Offer Gift Cards?

Yes, we do offer Gift Certificates for you to use yourself for future experiences or for you to share with your friends and family as a great gift option!

Are Private Bookings Available?

Yes, you can book Hidden Gems Escape Rooms for a private event. Contact us for more information and pricing.

What Age Range is Room For?

Escape rooms are fun for all ages. We recommend 5 and up. Children under the age of 13 must have an accompanying player (18+) present in the room with them.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Reservations canceled at least 48 Hours in advance will receive a full refund.
